24.02.2017 – Rev 0
Do you have challenges with hoof boots twisting during use?
Equine Fusion wants to establish contact with horse owners that have experience or current challenges with hoof boots twisting during use.
Equine Fusion is interested to start cooperation with horse owners for access to horses for testing related to hoof boot products. We are looking for long term cooperation with different partners.
Based on agreement, Equine Fusion can offer monthly compensation and/ or compensation per hour.
Equine Fusion is continuously working with product improvement and development of new technical solutions (models) related to hoof boots for all type of horses. Equine Fusion hoof boots allows the hoof to work as nature intended by not impeding the biomechanical functioning. This promotes the horse’s health, soundness and performance. It is well known from research that lameness is the most common cause of loss of use in the horse, and in 80% of cases lameness is localized in the foot (Prof. R. Weller - The Royal Veterinary College).
Some horses have a natural twisting movement during the stands phase, and horses in general show large variations in hoof size (shape, dimensions and volume). It is known as an industry challenge to design hoof boots that will meet these needs in the market.
